The customer service staff noticed that I may have made a mistake as all previous orders had been for an extra firm hold not shaping spray and called me to see if I indeed wanted a different hair spray than the one usually ordered. Customer Comments: If you would advertise this shampoo (Sexy Hair Curl Moisturizing Shampoo) as helping fine, thin hair to get some curl & body, you'd sell much more of it. I have tried many other shampoos that say they will help hair to curl, but do not. This shampoo is the only one I have used for at least eight years & my hair has begun to curl on its own. All I do is add a little mousse.

Original order was delivered with the wrong items in the box, so I called the customer service line and behold - a real person answered the phone. He apologized for the mistake, assured me a replacement order would be shipped immediately, and he was right - they sent the replacement order FedEx overnight. Sure the original order was botched, but in today's world you can't beat the customer service they showed in replacing it. I will definitely buy here again.
