We try to make our return process quick, easy and hassle-free. For all returns...

  • There is never a restocking fee.
  • There is never an additional charge to correct our errors or replace defective and damaged items.
  • For your convenience, we provide pre-paid return shipping labels (return shipping is deducted from refund due).

    Please note the following conditions and charges apply to all returns:

  • Products need to be unused and include original packaging for us to honor a full refund.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless return is due to our error.
  • For orders originally qualified for free shipping, a $5.95 charge applies if net purchase after return falls below $50.
  • Pre-paid return shipping charges (if applicable) are deducted from credit due.

  • Refused orders will be treated as a return and are subject to return shipping charges. It is important to notify us if you refuse an order. We strongly recommend you request a return rather than refuse an order. This will ensure adequate tracking information and proper credit for your return. Undeliverable orders will be treated as a return and are subject to return shipping charges.

Requesting a Return

 Step 1: Complete the Return Request Form below. Please tell us the reason for your return and the items to be returned. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return confirmation, which includes a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

 Step 2: Preparing your return - Carefully repackage your order. Include all original packaging, if possible. Once packaged, affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box. Be sure to remove all other labels from the outside of the package.

What if I do not want the order?
We understand circumstances change and you may simply no longer want your order. If this happens, please contact us promptly using the form above to notify us of the unwanted item(s). As you might expect, there are significant costs for us to process and ship your order, so we need to recover a portion of those costs. While we do not charge a restocking fee to recover credit card fees or other costs to process your order, we will deduct the shipping costs from your full refund.

How do I exchange an item?
We treat exchanges the same as returns. Please refer to “Requesting a Return”, Steps 1 & 2 above to request an exchange. Please note that additional charges may apply if the exchange is to simply replace an unwanted item. There is never a charge to you to exchange a defective or damaged item.

Can I ship a return with my own carrier?
Yes, you may use your own carrier to return an item. If you use your own carrier, returns should be sent to:

When will I get credit for my order?
We know you are anxious to receive your refund. Unless we need additional information, we generally process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please be aware that there may be a delay (typically a few days) between when we process a refund and when your financial institution credits your account.
