Registering for a store account is fast and easy. Once registered, you benefit from:
- An account profile that lets you save billing, shipping and payment (credit card) information. Of course, you can update your shipping and billing address(es), and other profile information at any time.
- A history of your online orders including products purchased, shipping status and tracking number(s).
- A re-order feature to place orders with just a few clicks.

Registration
Our registration process uses OpenID, which allows you to register your store account using your existing Yahoo, Google or AOL user ID. You sign into your Art of Haircare account through these trusted providers and do not have to create and remember an additional user ID and password. When you select the "Register" link above, a window (example) appears with sign-in links to Yahoo, Google and AOL. Here, you choose to register or select "No Thanks" to cancel the registration process.
When you register, you will be asked to provide the user name and password for your current account with that provider. OpenId technology enables Google, Yahoo and AOL to "talk" to our systems and manage your user name and password. Please note we never see or have access to your user name or password information.
Your Account Features
Your account allows you to manage your orders and see a complete history of your online purchases with us. Please note that phone orders are not reflected in your account history. You also benefit from faster checkout through saved billing, shipping and credit card information. Your account includes:

* Account Profile – Review your personal profile including billing, shipping and other information. Also find exclusive promotions only available to registered users.

Is an Account Required to order products?
No, registering for an account is optional. When you are ready to checkout, you will be given the option to "Checkout as Guest", "Sign-in" or "Register". If you prefer to checkout without opening an account, simply select "Checkout as Guest".
Editing Your Account Information
You can change your account profile information at any time. Please note required fields cannot be blank.
Deleting Your Account
Currently, accounts and registrations cannot be deleted from our system. Until this feature is available and you wish to close your account, we suggest your replace your personal information with generic data and delete any saved credit card information. Then, contact our customer service department and your account will be deleted once this feature is available.
Credit Card Information
As you would expect, credit card security is extremely important to us. All saved credit card information in safely encrypted using the latest technology. In addition, your credit card information is never accessible by us, except when you place an order.
What Order History Appears in my Account?
All orders placed online after you are registered will appear in your Account order history. Previous orders (before registering) and phone or fax orders are not currently reflected in your online account history.
Is there a cost to register an Account?
No, there is no cost to open and maintain an account with us.
What if I change my password with Yahoo, Google or AOL?
Any changes to these passwords is automatically detected by OpenID. There is no need to update your account information with us.
